BOARDING & DAYCARE POLICIES

    • Payment is due anytime BEFORE the stay begins

    • Adjustments in cost are resolved within 24-48 hours after the stay ends (e.g., due to travel delays)

    • Methods of payment include Zelle, PayPal, check, or cash

    • Flexible drop-off & pickup times between 6a - 10p EST

    • It is requested that pet parents communicate exact arrival times for drop-off and pickup

    • Daycare rates apply for the last day if the Boarding pickup time extends 2-8 hours past the last 24-hour period

    • Boarding rates apply if the Daycare pickup time extends past 12 hours

    • 100% refund is issued for unused stay days for non-Holiday cancellations

    • 50% refund is issued for unused stay days for Holiday cancellations

    • Holiday rates apply to each day of the stay that overlaps with a holiday

    • Holidays include: Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day

    • Pet parents must provide up to date vaccine records for Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP

    • Current flea/tick preventative is required for all pets

    • It’s safety first here, but prompt first aid and any necessary vet visit is provided for accidents during your pet's stay

    • Happy Hollow Pet Co. will cover up to $100 for any vet visit, with the remainer due by the pet parent at the end of the stay

    • Happy Hollow Pet Co. reserves the right to cancel a stay if the pet(s) appear sick or potentially infectious to others
